‘Pythonic’ implies that Python, a language I love and have used since the 90’s, is particularly consistent, but it’s not. Python code is pretty consistent with respect to spacing, but otherwise it could stand to learn a lot from the Java community (for now). (1/N)

RIP Niklaus Wirth. If you programmed in the '80s, you almost certainly know Pascal (which is his language).
We lost a titan of programming languages, programming methodology, software engineering and hardware design. Niklaus Wirth passed away on the first of January. We mourn a pioneer, colleague, mentor and friend.

I definitely understand the need for secure software, and the reasons behind the current state of panic. But I'm seeing corporate sw security policies shifting towards blindly turning green all red markers appearing on a report… and IMHO that brings more issues than solutions.
This again 🙁
Regarding log4j, I read few people asking one very important question: Who the hell reports a vulnerability via Twitter?
