Moroccan FA President Fouzi Lekjaa has revealed that Morocco will no longer pursue bids to host African football competitions, saying the country's focus has shifted to staging the FIFA World Cup and FIFA Club World Cup.
βMorocco will no longer submit its candidacy to host any African competition. If other countries wish to organise them, they are free to do so,β Lekjaa stated.
