In my 20s I worked at the Orient BlackSwan office in Shrungar Complex on Church St. Most Fridays, after work, I would walk down to @blossombookhous, browse books, chat with Karuna and Mayi Gowda, and dream of one day finding my book on their shelves. Today, a dream realised. โค๏ธ๐

We talked about the importance of pushing through the guilt to find some 'me time' and how difficult that is when you're juggling a job and childcare as well. We discussed this in the context of adventure/sports, but it's true for creative pursuits too...
