The largest Christian conservative radio network in America.
Title 2: Principal, Clock Tower X LLC.
REGISTERED FOREIGN AGENT.
$6M contract with the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs via Havas Media Group Germany.
(Actually $9M now. They grabbed another $3M post-filing.)
The FARA filing states that Israeli government messaging gets "integrated into Salem Media Network properties."
But Salem never appears as a disclosed vendor anywhere in the registration.
That gap has a legal name.

Willful omission of material information in a foreign agent registration.
That's not an opinion. That's a statute.
And since Pam Bondi dissolved the Foreign Malign Influence Center at DOJ, there's nobody left to enforce it.

I just received my third cease and desist letter from Turning Point USA and Erika Kirk’s legal team. This one came from their lawyer, Louis T. Perry of Faegre Drinker, dated June 11, 2026.
What are they demanding this time? They’re ordering me to immediately and permanently stop using Charlie Kirk’s name, image, likeness, voice, video, or audio in any way on my account. They’re also demanding I remove every post, banner, profile picture, and anything else that features Charlie.
Let that sink in.
They’re threatening legal action against one of Charlie’s own supporters for using his photo as a memorial in my logo. Meanwhile, there are hundreds of thousands of accounts using that same photo. But apparently, I’m the only one they’re going after with lawyers.
This isn’t about copyright. This is a blatant attempt to silence me from reporting on them. They’re trying to strip away my First Amendment rights to free speech and press by demanding I can no longer use Charlie’s name or image while criticizing Turning Point USA.
They’re doing all of this with tax-free donor money — money that was given to support Charlie’s mission. Charlie himself never once sent cease and desist letters or sued people for reporting negatively on Turning Point. He would be disgusted by this.
So far, @RealCandaceO and Zach from @FinanceWolves have each received one. I’m the only one who’s received three.
I’ll be posting my full response to their attorney very soon. In the meantime, here are all three cease and desist letters I’ve received. You can pause and read them yourself.

Since you are now shamelessly attempting to use an out of context text from 2021 to pretend that Charlie wanted to change the event from the YOUNG Women’s Leadership conference to a BoomerCon NagFest, here is the relevant portion from his Aspen donor event, (captured just 3 weeks before he died) where he carefully laid out his vision for the organization for over 2 hours. Please note Charlie’s explanation that the past and future vision was for YOUNG women to gather at YWLS.
