@danlovesadobe can you explain what is happening here? Pulling out the little circle seems to disentangle these curve segments, but why is it overlapping in the first place?

This doesn't seem to happen if I don't simplify the path, but the curve also doesn't look as nice if I don't simplify the path. I guess I'm just mostly trying to understand what's happening.

I went to a party last night.
Here's how we reduced the #COVID19 risk:
- we all wear masks in public spaces and at work
- we planned well in advance and monitored our health
- we use Enovid
- we met on an outdoor, heated patio and we measured the ventilation
- we put on masks to go inside to use the facilities
- we are all good friends and trust each other
And that's it! It's easy. Not perfect, but reduced risk.

customizable digital products that doesnβt collect unnecessary data? I make custom posters, handouts, etc for teachers; gumroad seems like a good fit once I have an established collection, but for now each poster is made to order. Etsy seems logical, but thought Iβd get your 2Β’!

Daylight Saving Time is increasingly hard to notice when my digital are devices are like, "What? Nothing happened. We know what time it is."
And my stove is left blinking and screaming, "IT HAPPENED! TIME SHIFTED UNNATURALLY! THEY'RE ALL LYING! ONLY I KNOW! ONLY I REMEMBER!"

RSV rates are not higher this year. More kids are ending up in hospital, though. That is NOT consistent with "immunity debt" (even the weaksauce, trivially true population version), and it IS compatible with immunity damage from SARS-CoV-2 infection.
