Powerful concept & the one I’ve found to be most difficult for folks new to Kata. They often struggle b/c they can’t identify the process attributes b/c they don’t have a process identified b/c they look at performance improvement as an amalgamation of accountability & witchcraft

Once again, @WSJ just doesn’t get just-in-time. Yes, "parts are delivered to factories right as they are needed” but JIT also uses buffers when necessary to safeguard production. on.wsj.com/2TxoJlj
