Why did the ref explain his decision if went with his original decision? There was nothing to explain?
If the ref goes to the screen in the PL and then decides on a Pen, he does the VAR signal, which means hes gone with the screen advice.

If he goes with his original decision, ie a corner. He just waves play on (ie points to corner) no var signal.
