That was some kinda period for Bussi in the Carolina net. Multiple huge saves - in stark contrast to a very soft goal allowed by Hart at the other end.

#GoBolts Nikita Kucherov narrowly beat Connor McDavid to win the 2026 Hart Trophy for player ajudged most valuable to his team, as voted by @ThePHWA.
Kucherov and Sidney Crosby are now the league’s active players with exactly two Hart wins.

Darnell Nurse is a warrior and a damn capable NHL defender.
The team chose to bridge him short-term twice instead of obtaining earlier/cheaper cost certainty before the huge deal he was given.
Most years, was asked to play above where he should have.
I wish him great success.

Vegas got better and better as OT went on. Hart made one huge save early in OT1 and Carolina passed themselves out of a bunch of shots…Vegas kept building back into the game and had the whole play in OT2. Great bounce. But they earned it.
