Built this for myself to auto-execute Telegram signals on MT5. Now I’m thinking… could others benefit from it too? #buildinpublic

Putting a face to my brand
If you are a founder trying to grow a personal brand and network with other founders ,here are a few tips to help you. 1. Get Verified on X 2. Have a clear description of what you are building on your bio 3. Talk about what you are building on the TL 4. Put a face to your profile , upload pictures from time to time , let people know who is behind the account 5. Attend events and conferences 6. Reach out to established founders in your line of work, don’t come on heavy , start with a mild intro , drop them a compliment and tell them you’d like to keep in touch. 7. Share your experiences building , problems you are facing etc. 8. Comment on issues affecting your industry as a whole. 9. Offer a helping hand to founders going through similar challenges you might have faced. 10. Avoid controversies , keep your posts strictly about your startup and your experiences. The X algorithm would keep bringing your posts to founders in your field and suggesting their accounts to yours , consistently talking and sharing your experiences would keep putting you in peoples faces. Kindly share to founders who might need this

I see copy trading gaining momentum, just give us a working strategy and we will just mirror it No competition in tradingc, we are all fighting against sapa
Claude 5.0 built a Chinese girl a trading bot. skip to 0:08 look at her journal, bot easily earns your monthly salary in a couple of days. how it works: the bot runs mean reversion on s&p 500 and nasdaq on 15-min candles, catching the small overextensions indices make every few hours. on bitcoin it switches to momentum breakouts on the 1-hour crypto trends harder than indices, so you ride the move instead of fading it. gold and oil get a slower trend-following layer on the 4-hour, because commodities move in cleaner waves and you don't want noise from intraday whipsaws. position sizing is ATR-based per instrument, so a quiet day on gold gets a bigger size than a volatile day on bitcoin - risk stays constant even when volatility doesn't. every trade has a hard 1% stop, no exceptions, no "let me give it room." and there's a correlation filter on top: if s&p and nasdaq are already long, it won't pile into another risk-on asset and double the real exposure. claude code writes and updates the logic. the bot just executes. then claude cowork sends her two messages a day: - 7am: what's happening in the market - 9pm: how did the bot do that's the whole job. two messages. five instruments. zero screen time. manually she could only watch one chart at a time. this thing watches five. doesn't sleep. doesn't tilt. doesn't revenge trade at 2am. what used to need a team of quants and a $200k bloomberg terminal now runs on a laptop and claude. And your friend is still trading manually and is constantly in the red. save this and read the article in the comments below to write your own bot using Claude

How many paying users do you need for validation?
AI will make it extremely easy for African founders to build. The hardest part, and the one thing I really want more people to work on, will be distribution. Go out and find customers, get money, prove that whatever you're building is actually worth building, before going to raise VC money.

This is one of many reasons it's best to make something you yourself want. If you want it, then you and your peers are the early adopters. So any idea you generate using this heuristic will automatically be a well-formed pair.

One day while riding my bike along the Spree, a middle-aged German man with white hair sped toward me screaming, “Du willst Rennen fahren!” with a wide grin on his face. I was completely lost and had no idea what he meant, but I smiled back anyway and made sure to memorize the phrase. Later that evening, I looked it up and finally understood what he had said. I honestly felt bad afterward because I couldn’t connect with him in that moment. I’m pretty sure he could tell I actually wanted to race, but I just didn’t understand what he meant.
Language is the key to deeper social integration.

The best feature for me so far is the voice prompt. I can just talk to cursor like I am talking to my PM.
I have been using Cursor $20 per month subscription for the last two years. It has done every heavy lifting I need done ever since. More so, it gets better per day, the improvements are progressive. And now with the Agentic Window and workspace, I can do so much more with less.

x.com/dapseen/status/2057581… NDIC till date cant protect you 100%, their policy says 98.9% for banks which is less than 5M So, spread your deposit!

May 21
In 2024, when Heritage Bank’s license was revoked by the CBN, people with millions in deposits lost access to their money. Till today, many of them have still not recovered it. A colleague who joined us at Sterling Bank from Heritage shared what happened to him and how he lost the trust and relationship of a major HNI customer. As usual, he approached the customer for a deposit. The customer was reluctant at first, but eventually agreed and released ₦200 million to him for one month. Immediately the funds were lodged, Heritage Bank’s license was revoked barely a week later. He said that till today, the customer has only received ₦1 million from NDIC out of the ₦200 million in deposit. Even people with as little as ₦200,000 in their accounts went through serious stress before they could recover their money. One day NDIC would ask them to come and fill a form and go home. Another day, they would be asked to return and fill another form again. That process went on for months before some people were eventually credited a part of their deposit. CBN should never allow a situation like this to happen again.

Do you know that your deposit in Nigeria banks are not fully guaranteed, there is a body responsible for insurance called NDIC they only promised 98.9% and they recently raised the covered amount to 5M…….

So if you have 20M in a bank, 5M is fully covered, if your bank collapses, they have the capability to return 5M immediately and the remaining might face delays or losses My advise, spread your money or invest it

Prop firms are in trouble
My clawdbot just asked me for an RTX 4090. Instead of buying it, I gave it a $2K trading wallet on Hyperliquid. I said: If you want the GPU, earn it. It now trades crypto, stocks, and commodities 24/7. It scans Twitter sentiment, tracks Trump posts, and decides trades on its own. Every trade gets logged. It scores what worked, drops what didn't.

“Go do something Great"
"BEST PLACEs" place to network & establish real connections with High Networth's in Nigeria. Airport VIP lounges, Private Beach House Trips to Illashe & Exclusive Cigar Lounges on the Island. Those old social clubs have a lot of wannabes, so leave that for stockbrokers. Thank me later!!!!

The fastest way to transition from software engineering to product engineering is to build a customer facing software (SaaS) I mean, build something, solve a problem get paying users. Writing code is no longer the problem, the problem is fixing users unique want and turning them to a feature Its a long learning journey and you find yourself picking up different skills like communication, empathy, SEO, UX etc.

My learnings after 3 months of shipping Hedgeflow 59 users in total 15 paid users 5 churned 10 recurring users I don’t need a dev environment. It was costing me twice. Moved dev to my laptop. Discounts are BS. I gave a lot of discounts thinking it was the best way to acquire customers and make them stay. That was a lie. It actually reduces perceived value. 10 recurring paying users is a strong signal. It means I’m solving a real problem and people are willing to pay for it. Ad platforms hate forex products. They don’t want to hear “forex.” Everything gets thrown into the same bucket: SCAM. Hiring is expensive, not just in money, but in onboarding and selling your vision to new hires. Writing code is easy. Extracting what users actually want from noise is hard. Coworking spaces are great. I’ll never build in isolation again. Users don’t care if you vibe-code. Just make it work. There’s something exciting about building something that solves your own problem. I can’t fully explain the fulfillment. If it works for 1, it will work for 100 with small tweaks.

The dumbest people often make the best traders. Smart people overanalyze and do too much, while the dumb ones keep it simple and don’t overthink.
