I did see 4 of them pulled over by west Virginia state troopers just after the construction zone, so karma got fed real good on that.
Another case I see alot at deliveries and pickups same drivers cant speak or barely (ill give leeway on those who barely but do comprehend.) ⅞

Asking for where to go then getting attitude when I tell them because they dont understand. If they pull out phone for translation app I walk away. Not my problem anymore (its happened at least 30 times over the past 2 yrs but not at all in the last 4 months.)

Cheek. No matter if it was normal or not because adults dont do that. Funny that she said that when we visited her family she did it with her female and male family members. Upon questioning her about it she said that it was normal. We didnt stay together after that either way.
