My JioFiber connection was down for approximately 3 days.
- Multiple service requests
- Countless calls to customer care
- Escalation to the appellate team
- Endless template replies asking for "more time"
- No engineer vtry to visit

@JioCare had 2 appointment yesterday and still no engineer visited or called . And everytine i have to reshedule carrying this ticket from last 4 days now . You guys are not even try to resolve anything even customer care support on call is also closed for me . @reliancejio

Worst booking app - IRCTC
Tried booking at two time for ac at 10.01 not booked , and for non ac 11.01 not booked. Two tatkal booking was not booked even after money debited. Also showing blank white screen after failed. And hold my money for two bookings. @IRCTCofficial #irctc
