I want to know how much more it cost the tax payers to cover 12 hours of paying for workers to perform slow AF scaffolding building and tarp-hanging just to hide 25 minutes or less of removing the letters, then however long it takes them to tear the scaffolding back down, versus the maybe hour of work and a quarter or fewer of the crew it would have taken to just do it with cherry pickers. Then I want to be reimbursed the difference, and I want every last person involved held in deliberate contempt of court.
