Judge Rowland’s sentencing remarks in the serial gang r@pists case are utterly breathtaking. He decided that a knife wasn’t used as he looked ‘carefully’ at some of the CCTV. He stated that IF a knife were used in one of the r@pes, it was ‘ONLY’ to cut off her leggings and there was ‘no violence or exploitation’ ONLY to cut her leggings and there was was no violence or exploitation??’ EXCUSE ME? Serial domestic abusers and stalkers are still not being proactively identified, assessed or managed. Police received 34 pieces of intelligence in Michaela Halls case about domestic abuse. Lee Kendall had 50 convictions and police still left it to Michaela to manage on her own. He murdered her. It was preventable. We need urgent reform. Annabel Rook was more than a Judge’s daughter and wife. This headline doesn’t even name her. Girls and women don’t belong to men. Also he killed her at the point of separation. It’s a high risk factor for women trying to leave controlling men. Clifton George didn’t ’lose control.’ He was TAKING control. This is EXACTLY the issue. I am so sorry about your aunt. I found many near miss attacks on women prior to Wilma McCann's horrific murder. The police could have stopped him far earlier. This was 50 years a go - but the same mistakes are being made. Misogyny is rife and women pay the price. It's time for change.

Stephen McCullagh was sentenced today for Natalie’s murder - he will serve a minimum of 31 years before he can be considered for parole. This doesn’t seem long enough. He planned it in advance and set up a YouTube livestream as an alibi. He staged the 999 call. He’s a risk and danger to all women 💀💣 Natalie was 15 weeks pregnant when she was killed in her Lurgan home in December 2022. Pregnancy is a high risk factor for serious harm and femicide. Homicide by a male partner is the leading cause of death for pregnant women. I posted about Natalie’s horrific murder when it happened to help find the killer. It was my first Crime Analyst YouTube post. I’ll never forget what a DCI from PSNI said when he gave a press conference. He said whoever killed Natalie was not a risk to the public. WTF 😳 🤬 I challenged it at the time. Newsflash: Men who harm and kill a woman are a risk to ALL WOMEN. Every woman knows this. The police need training on behavioural analysis, risk and misogyny. Former Head of the Sexual Offences Section and Homicide Prevention Unit at New Scotland Yard here. Serial killer Peter Sutcliffe was enabled by the police due to their own misogyny and Levi Bellfield was just like these three teenage r@pists. Neither of them started with murder.
