In view of alleged limits to free speech b/c of the arrest of Telegram CEO Pavel Durov, people should note how the platform is used. Research @data_school found that Dutch Telegram consists for 43% of conspiracy channels, 34% illegal trade, 3% expose groups, 3% crypto groups.
