At UW, Wilson gave the most milquetoast, straight down the middle, never say anything even remotely controversial (or interesting) interviews. From what I've seen , he hasn't changed as a pro. Heck, he was afraid to offend Badgers and NC State fans with his MNF intro. So ... why?

Wilson won a Super Bowl, the Walter Payton Man of the Year award and now leaves the NFL to become an analyst on the network’s pregame show that includes James Brown, Nate Burleson and Bill Cowher.

Trying to imagine what I would have said if someone told me Indiana was going to win the national title in 2026 after losing to Wisconsin 83-20 in 2010. Or 59-7 in 2011. Or 62-10 in 2012. Or 51-3 in 2013. Or 45-17 in 2017. Heck, the Hoosiers were 3-9 two seasons ago! Amazing.
