which is why i am so glad that there's a research group under IRTF called "Human Rights Protocol Considerations". Mathematics doesn't automatically take the side of the people. We must carefully consider how the system's authority is distributed!

@LiaoPeiyuan I just now saw your paper "Towards Anonymous Neural Network Inference" which cites our work on mixnets and the Pigeonhole protocol. Do you have any questions for us?

@LiaoPeiyuan The irony is that by restating so much of our work, your paper actually obscures its own contribution. A reader has to wade through pages of Echomix re-description to find what funion actually adds.

@LiaoPeiyuan Also it's odd that you restate so much of our design but somehow forgot to describe the courier service which is essential for our threat model.

If your software project already uses rust then why aren't you using the clatter crate? It's because you don't like privacy in the post quantum threat model. You might be a nihilist.

GrapheneOS is a non-profit open source project and remaining that way. We aren't paying for any marketing and it's not becoming a business. Linus chose to review GrapheneOS based on using it as a daily driver for 30 days. How does this fairly positive review make it compromised?

Is there a way to authenticate Tailscale without the use of a US based company? Asking for a friend.

Ubuntu server is such a piece of shit. I hate the new socket port bullshit and the sshd config include enabling password auth. Fuck off!

Getting a lot of responses on my Tor/VPN/Anonymity comments. I'll just explain my reasoning and background in a quick vid vs. responding to all the doubters and haters. Believe what you want, but being anonymous on the Internet is very hard.

we are like fish but instead of swimming in water we swim in bureaucracy. bureaucracy is life. bureaucracy is death. every important aspect of our lives is governed by bureaucracy.

In today's day an age there is also a kind of cryptographic / information theoretic definitions of a "bad person" which certainly is a person who releases insecure cryptographic protocols that could allow for human rights violations.
