2 weeks ago my team and I spent most of our time in the Claude desktop app trying to collaborate on Claude projects.
As I started dabbling in Notion AI agents, I quickly realized this was the software layer that was missing between myself, my team, and AI.
We were already building our knowledge base and skills inside of Notion databases because I think it has the best UI for interacting with your data from a human standpoint.
But trying to build and maintain Claude projects for a team quickly became a mess.
Notion gives us the ability to build specialized agents we can then share with others in our departments.
The fact these agents can also run on automated triggers and schedules is another massive improvement over the Claude app.
Finally, I've actually been experiencing better results using GPT 5.5 in Notion than Opus 4.7.
What I love about this is I feel like Notion gives you the flexibility to bounce between models depending on which model is performing the best any given day.
