marathon takes a few hours
50 miles takes 9-12 hours

The last week has been wild. Turned 34. Ran a 52 mile fun ultra across the state of Rhode Island. Got some images for shoes I designed this summer. My best friend got married.

Good morning. Turned 34 today. Woke up at 5:30, got 3.4 miles in. Thankful my body is still able to run everyday. It’s my favorite part of the day. I hope I get to live another 2 more of these lifetimes.
