Many of my colleagues are standing for the public education party today and my great mate @jihaddibmp for the labor party. I also saw Danny Lim on the ballot paper. Wishing them all the best today. Democracy is something to be cherished and never taken for granted.

The only way to fix the teacher shortage is to improve pay and working conditions. Everything else is window dressing and at times, damaging to the profession, particularly programs like Teach For Australia. #MoreThanThanks
