If you want an object lesson in the shitshow Twitter has become since Musk allowed people to pay for blue ticks and boosted replies - look at the astroturfing in the replies here. Someone was happy to spend money to bury possibly problematic replies.

One of the best Netflix shows of the last two years, The Sandman's TV series turned author Neil Gaiman's *ahem* dream for a worthy live-action adaptation into reality in mid-2022. Indeed, it had spent over 20 years in development hell before Netflix did something other studios had failed to do. It was an oh-so-nearly perfect retelling of Gaiman's most famous works, too, which I thoroughly enjoyed for multiple reasons (its amazing cast performances, elaborate story, and mind-blowing visuals to name just three). With The Sandman season 2 currently in development, you've got time to *double ahem* stop sleeping on this high-fantasy program. So, hop to it!

Londoners: If an online address form has mandatory fields for both town and county - what do you use? I think the most sensible options are:
* [Borough] / London
* London / Greater London
But neither of them are right. Which annoys me.

Expecting delivery of a new @DellUK laptop today. But the delivery has just been cancelled as Dell gave DHL an invalid address (basically "House Number, London, Postcode"). @DellCares, how can I get this fixed?

Actually, no. "House Number, London, Postcode" would work. This was "Flat number, London, Postcode".

The feeds I use on Planet Westminster are at least a parliament out of date. And we've just had over 300 new MPs turn up. I wonder if it's worth updating it. Do many MPs even publish RSS feeds these days?

Three and a half hours later.
I have a deal that I'm happy with. But it shouldn't require three and a half hours of negotiation (including booking a cancellation) for that to happen.

Calendar reminder that it's time for my annual @virginmedia contract renegotiations. It's so depressing having to go through this song and dance with them each year in order to not pay ludicrous amounts for their service.
