Stage Manager on Ventura is interesting, but I'm not sure how useful the sidebar is. I think I'd rather have the option to remove that, keep the single app focus, and use the dock instead.

Finally upgraded after 5 years on my previous MacBook (with broken butterfly keyboard...) Big improvement! Went for the top M1 chip, but didn't need the full 64G of memory. Pretty snappy. π

If you've ever read any of my books, a lot of my sense of humour and enjoyment of the silliness in life came from playing games Monkey Island back when I was a kid. I hate that @grumpygamer is receiving stress from "fans" of a game that they haven't tried yet; I'm excited for it.

I've refunded the Chrono Cross remaster. @SquareEnix had the option (and means) to redraw the backdrops of a beautiful game - but instead they decided to be lazy and run them through a filter. The result? See for yourself. (this is ignoring the screen-tearing/fps issues.)
