Atlanta friends! As part of the @ATLSciFest, Sunday at 8 pm at Arches Brewing, I'm running Science vs Movies, the show where I force wonderful people like @sharkespearean and @jenniferleavey to explain why Morbius's DNA explanation is 100% correct. discoveratlanta.com/event/de…
I got to see a number of other science panels as well. Part of what I love about @dconscitrack is how many communicators, educators, and scientists all far outside my field I get to see speak and interact with. I don't get that elsewhere!!! 4/8

Thank you to our fearless @dragoncon Science Track recorder, Fireball, for this preview of panel videos that will be uploaded over the next year!
For those who can't hear, the dialogue in the video is:
@sharkespearean "It's happening, Trevor. Let it happen".
@tattoosandbones "Okay"
Then the entire audience and all of the panelists chant "teeth" over and over again,, starting from a whisper and increasing in volume.
Convincing @DragonCon to tweet teeth gifs: ✅ Our work here is done.
But really, the chaos is just getting started. Who's ready for a fantastic long weekend of science???
Our next panel is up! "What's Engineering All About?" dives into the nitty gritty of being an engineer. With Dr. Daniels-Race, @topher_hunter, Matt Jarrett, Ashley Roper, and @Sargent.
