Found score on @musescore I wanted… Clicked download. It said I needed to subscribe. Paid. Went back to download again, and it told me that score wasn’t included in the subscription, and I needed to pay again! Desktop app is awesome but the website is a mess. Refund requested.

Lille Registration full in seconds… under 18’s need to fill out four extra text fields AFTER tickets become available. @rk9labs why isn’t this held on file/prefilled? It makes it almost impossible for 16/17yo players to secure a registration.

Twitter just got a little worse. In the Mac app long tweets don’t show in full so have a link to open on the web. And something just changed so links to twitter redirect, so instead of opening in Safarai they open IN THE APP! Back were I couldn’t read them in the first place!

Scam from @seetickets… Paid for tickets and got an email that the event is cancelled… But I only get a partial refund because they’d I loose money than them. And don’t even think about getting “refund insurance”. It doesn’t apply if THEY cancel, and it’s non-refundable.

Gutting loss in Pick-a-pack at Liverpool. Really I feel I had the perfect list, but Cape was prized game 3, and Tangled Feet coin flip was a tails. Had cards in hand to take game on following turn.

New guitar from @gear4music … Unplayable. Strings never tuned to pitch, so no neck adjustment ever performed. Gap under neck you can slide a card into, so no chance this will ever play. Most notes at 5th fret won’t sound. Most notes on B string don’t sound.

What does @gear4music QC passed sticker mean? they don’t open the boxes - so they’re “not responsible”! Customer support says “maybe it shifed in transit” (the screw undid themselves!), and I should do a setup. Should do hours of work on a new guitar so it actually plays notes!

I’m not talking about it being perfectly set up… I’m talking about being able to play basic chords and have the notes sound. This isn’t about getting a perfect action - its about getting it to the point where its meeting basic levels of functionality.

The System Average Price of gas fell 10% in the week to 28 May 2023.
This is the seventh consecutive weekly decrease, with the price now 48% below the equivalent week in 2022 and 87% below the peak seen in August 2022.
