The sad passing at age 94, of a South African 🇿🇦 racing legend Mr Ormonde Ferraris, father of @FerrarisDavid and grandfather of @LukeFerraris. Trained for @kathy_finch and I in the latter stages of his career, a lovely, quiet unassuming man who had seen it and done it. RIP Sir.

Last week, I had the honour of representing @EpsomRacecourse in Tokyo for the 43rd running of the G3 Epsom Cup alongside 🇬🇧 Amb @JuliaLongbottom. The race was won in a tight finish by the Sunday Racing owned Trovato ridden by @christo68914587. A super day in the sunshine.

Saw a good one today, Raaheeb was uber impressive. He knows it too! Appreciate that he is still developing mentally and physically but this race will have taught him a lot. Hopefully he goes to @EpsomRacecourse in June. There is only one chance at the Derby for this generation.
