If India remains poor, the woke left will give us moral lectures with pity and the hard right, different moral lectures with scorn ("hellhole") and we must not confuse either with respect. Respect in today's world, along with prosperity and security, comes from one source: a nation's technological prowess. India produces sufficient brain power to achieve that prowess but alas we exported so much of that talent, particularly to America. As we develop that prowess in India, our civilisational strength will assert itself. As difficult as it is for many of you to contemplate this, please come back home. Bharat Mata needs your talent. KKR: New York. Fidelity: Boston. Now here is what nobody tells you. Every foreign investor runs ESG compliance. Before writing a cheque. ESG = Environmental, Social, Governance. A scoring system that has nothing to do with Environment. Built in New York and Amsterdam. It decides who gets capital. Inside ESG lives another animal. Called DEI. Diversity. Equity. Inclusion. DEI was designed in America. Built on American horrors. Black minorities. Gender wars. LGBTQ rights. Never designed for India. Does not understand India. Here is what DEI scores as "positive": Hijab at work = Positive signal. Turban at work = Positive signal. Here is what DEI marks as risk: Bindi = Majority religion marker. Tilak = Majority religion. Kalawa = Majority religion. In Western DEI logic, The majority is the oppressor. Majority does not need protection. So when Lenskart's HR writes a grooming policy, They are not writing for you. They write for their colonial masters. Because Lenskart is chasing a $10 billion IPO. Does your bindi sit anywhere in that number? Their first customer is not you. Their first customer is SoftBank. Their first customer is ADIA. Their first customer is an ESG agency in Amsterdam. You buy one pair of glasses. They invest $500 million. Do the math on who Lenskart listens to. Now the government. "Built in Bharat" is a tagline. "For Indians" is a marketing campaign. The policy document tells you who they serve. Your Bindi. Your Kalawa. Your Kada. Your 5,000 years. Irrelevant to billionaires chasing an IPO. But minority appeasement? That scores points in Amsterdam. And we call ourselves an Independent Nation.

As I write this, my inbox is overflowing with messages from TCS employees, from Lenskart employees, from Hindu students of Ashoka University and Azim Premji University, from teachers, from mothers, from civil servants. They are sharing screenshots, they are sharing their experiences, they are sharing ads and employee guidelines that show a distinct anti-Hindu bias. ‘Talk about TCS. Talk about the bindi in TBZ ads. Talk about Azim Premji. Talk about this. Talk about that’, the messages tell me. I hear you. You mean well. But I am ONE person. A private citizen with no institutional backing, no legal team, no corporate PR machine. I am doing what I can, using my voice, my credibility and my social media presence for the cause. But here is the question that bothers me; What are YOU doing? Why are Hindus depending on a handful of voices like mine to fight their fight for them in their own land? Hindus constitute the overwhelming majority of this country. Majority of TCS employees are Hindu, majority of Lenskart employees are Hindu, majority of students at Ashoka and Azim Premjee university are Hindu, majority of the teachers and professors are Hindu, and yet, Hindus behave like a persecuted minority. This cannot go on. If you face discrimination at your workplace for being a Hindu, file a complaint and go public with it. If your company runs advertisements that erase Hindu identity, name them, call for a boycott, and follow through. If your university hosts speakers who call for violence against your civilisation, stand up in that hall, walk out or record it and make it public. Stop waiting for someone else’s courage to be contagious. Dharma does NOT protect those who will not protect it!

So a lot of employees from companies like @ForestEssential are reaching out to me that even in their stores Hindu symbols are not allowed. Please feel free to DM me the grooming guides, screenshots of audits where points are cut, any written communication to that effect. I am in consultation with a lawyer and plan to pursue this. ANY company.

I have irrefutable proof that @Lenskart_com CEO @peyushbansal is LYING when he says that the grooming code that says NO Bindi is ‘outdated’. I have proof of a video audit with the date 08/04/2026 where an employee was given a low rating for wearing a bindi. Will share in due course. Happy to share everything with a good lawyer. Lenskart is a publicly listed company that has to follow @SEBI_India guidelines, not Bansal’s private enterprise and they are violating article 15 of the Indian constitution.
