Some of this Sorsby conversation confuses me. Parts I understand: 1. Sorsby is clearly severely addicted to gambling. I get how that should be against NCAA rules and should result in him being banned. 2. A federal judge ruled that the NCAA can't ban him. The NCAA is appealing. 3. The NCAA (and most people) fear a slippery slope problem if athletes were allowed to bet on games. Leads to all sort of potential tampering and game throwing problems. Parts I don't understand: 1. I don't get why Sorsby (the addict who needs help) is a villain here. He simply asked if he could play still and a judge said yes. 2. I don't get how TTU is a villain here. They haven't played him yet and if it ends up being legal (which I doubt it will) why would they not stand by their guy? I'm pretty confident the ruling will be overturned. I think the slippery slope argument has merit and the NCAA should be able to suspend and ban athletes who bet on games. It just seems like people are losing the plot a bit with this if they want to blame TTU here.
Our Poll Question of the Day is this: If Utah and Texas Tech played tomorrow in football and Brendan Sorsby started at QB for the Red Raiders, would you root for Utah or Texas Tech?

Amazing how the establishment rallies when someone challenges the status quo. College sports never had a problem with the mega donors until they started pushing for change. It was like, give us your money, but sit down and shut up and we're going to throw you a few perks.

@ChildersRadio @TexasTech Kirby and Cody telling it like it is on the short comings of the house settlement and lack of enforcement. Cody, Kirby, and Texas Tech committed to maintaining all Texas sports.

@ChildersRadio the conversation about Notre Dame being forced into a conference is getting tiresome. If Notre Dame moved the needle the same way they do now but were mediocre this would not be a conversation. Bottom line is they are global and move the needle.

And @ChildersRadio this talk of collusion and extortion to force Notre Dame into a conference is dangerous.. what's next, forcing a team to play certain opponents before you allow them to play a premium opponent from a conference?

It's a fact regardless of where you stand.
The same clowns mocking Phil Mickelson’s MC at #TheMasters are out here worshipping Tiger Woods — the guy’s a broken-down pill-head who hasn’t finished a tournament in four years. Phil’s six years older, playing 20 events a year while Tiger limps around & collects a headline.

Hey Jimmy Kimmel, It’s me “Wheezy” the unvaccinated person who a few years ago you said you didn’t want Doctors to help if I was in the hospital but would rather have me die in the hospital corridor. That was hard to watch because we were censored and kicked off social media if we dared question the government’s narrative. But you weren’t censored. You were free to say whatever you wanted, including making those who disagreed with you get more attacked and feel more isolated. But the other night’s emotional monologue of yours was not as hard to watch. Please save your tears for the American Mom and Dad, who for the last 4 years because of Democrat policies, had to decide whether they should buy groceries or fill their gas tank so they could either feed their family or drive their children to school and then drive to work because they COULDN’T AFFORD BOTH! You see, it’s easy for you and Oprah to lecture hard working American parents who both have to work to make ends meat and live paycheck to paycheck because you and Oprah are RICH, FLY PRIVATE PLANES and if food prices go up 26% it doesn’t affect you or YOUR Family at all. If the price of avocados went up to $5,000 dollars, you and Oprah would just eat five grand guacamole. Wealthy Liberal elites who live in guard gated communities are immune from the destructive Democratic policies that have so deteriorated our nation’s cities. The average American family is not afforded that same luxury…and safety. I would say a better focus of your emotions would be on repairing your Democratic Party that moved so far Left that they Left the American people behind. So, you are mistaken in your monologue when you said that “Americans who voted for Trump made a mistake, too.” No, Sir! The American people made a correction against policies that they could no longer stomach. And policies that their country could no longer afford. And it was an overwhelming majority of Americans who made THEIR choice. A choice for a better more affordable America where Free Speech is not under attack but reaffirmed. Make no mistake, this election is an overwhelming and clear mandate for change. And change is needed. And change is coming. I sincerely wish YOU and all the people who voted differently than me all my very best and I will continue to cheer for your success and for the success of ALL Americans. Respectfully, Rob Schneider

So @JasonSobelGolf you're saying @TheSergioGarcia needs to run up about 250 yards and ask the people in an apologetic manner to clear the fairway or green? Listen to @ESPNCaddie. It's one thing handling the tee box but otherwise? Get real..

Just when Chamblee goes on tweeter to cry about being accused of hypocrisy and being a paid actor let me re-tweet this video that got over 1 million impressions about him justifying no cuts on PGAT events after criticizing LIV no cuts events for months. Hyprocrisy at its best! 👇
Brandel Chamblee trying to justify no cut events at PGA Tour next season. He says the cut is antiquated. So now no cut events are good! 🤷‍♂️

@PGA providing another compelling story. PGA club professional staying in the top ten in the face of PGAT talking heads questioning whether they should be allowed to compete. These same talking heads continue to downplay the record setting win by @PhilMickelson

One of the things I always admired about @jayleno @LenosGarage was the balance of political rhetoric. No more, he's now a shill for the democrats. True colors or a sell out?

Maybe just a coincidence. But even so the R&A chose the day before the start of the 150th open to drop their bombshell. Sure would have been a nice to just defer to the Monday after so we could have enjoyed the open without that dominating the news.
For the third time out of five this year, LIV Golf, and now some of its players, have chosen women’s major weeks to make moves that they knew would dominate the news cycle. Whatever side you’re on, it’s downright disrespectful.

I'm convinced the PGAT radio hosts are getting bonused for how radically negative they can be on Liv.

Sorry to tag @dennispaulson62 @johnmaginnes @KipHenley @ClubProGuy @JohnPetersonFW but need to get the word out.
O_o....there's so much wrong here. Lincoln was a Republican, not a Democrat. He wasn't yet born when the Declaration of Independence was written and signed. It became an unpaid holiday in 1870 and a Federal Holiday in 1938, both after Lincoln was killed.

100% agree. Best golf of the weekend.
Appreciating the pure passion of the @CurtisCup even more with all of the chaos in the men’s professional game right now. Huge Day 1 for the Americans but both sides will have a week that will be forever memories of a small sisterhood.
