Products marked “local pickup only” now:
- force pickup for the whole cart
- show “Local pickup” on every order item
- trigger a “Ready for pickup” status email
Result: less confusion, fewer calls, cleaner workflow.

Fix: simple order filtering by shipping method. Result: faster fulfillment, fewer errors.
