i feel like all of this could have been planned out better especially given the chaos surrounding even getting tickets. idk who it is underestimating her, but everyone seems to forget that she is ARIANA MF GRANDE and is in high demand.
i know this is the eternal sunshine tour, but the horror stories of people waiting all day in lines in the hot sun for this expensive merch is already a turn off.
just make this all available online for those within 25 miles of the concert for the tour. i know many will be alright with waiting for their items to be shipped to them and i know it would be easier for the fans overall for an already stressful tour many are traveling for. @TeamAriana
