First bit of proper off road terrain with the lighter evenings, and with walking poles. Only trail and recreation ground up till now. So lucky to have a little it if moorland nearby to test out in short distances. Rewarded with a great skyline. #rehabilitation @designed2moveuk

Furthest I’ve walked so far since cast came off 2 weeks ago. Using Activator #rehab poles. I may be in need of pain relief late but it was worth it! #rehabmatters #physiotherapy
