I’ve decided to launch my portfolio using a template—and honestly, it’s a strategic move, not a shortcut. If I build it from scratch, I already know how it goes: I’ll obsess over every pixel, lose momentum, and delay what actually matters—shipping work and getting clients. So I will use the time I save shipping templates and pitching clients. I have work, testimonials, skills, all I now need is some luck and strategy!

Gumroad has suddenly increased it's payout limit to $100 from $10. Their price cuts are very agressive too. I'm losing almost 30% on every $100 I make. So, I'm looking to switch to better alternatives if someone can help.

Built a tiny ocean where the fish are scared of your cursor. Each fish has its own velocity, direction, and wandering behavior to simulate natural movement. Added a cursor-based “fear system” — the closer your mouse gets, the stronger the repulsion force. Also clamped speed added damping so everything feels smooth instead of chaotic.
