Totally agree. A realignment is needed by those prepared to be bold. Those who do will reap rewards.
Sure there are some but it is better to encourage place makers ie Local Authorities to plan for a different future community hubs: housing, health education entertainment leisure arts crafts and some but fewer shops all supported by 21st Century technology.
