Reason why current science is pretty much no longer science
Entire ACLS algorithm is not evidence backed, RSI is backed by paltry low level evidence, NPO itself doesn't have any evidence of reducing aspiration rates
A lot of medicine is literally winging it or senior protocol

For starters, I would like people to explore possibility of phasing out adrenaline from ACLS for NORAD boluses
NORAD boluses are much more safer and cardio friendly compared to adrenaline, and a heart post arrest is already susceptible to arrhythmias, Adr. Makes it worse
