Gem Cis abraxane was based on a positive phase II study. However, recent SWOG 1815 randomized phase III presented at GI @ASCO was negative. There were subsets that benefitted, but not powered for. So for advanced BTC, Gem Cis Durva is what most consider standard (TOPAZ study).
