@SonyLIV@GooglePlay I find it strange. When any new user wants to sign up then Sonyliv app is not requesting to submit a support request. After using Sonyliv, I found, it irritated me by showing same ads after every 5 min. I decided to delete my account.
I clicked on "I want to delete my account", It requested to submit a ticket. Why there is no direct delete option instead of wating for support email.
As I want to delete my account so why @sonyliv is collecting the email in request form.
@gmail There is a bug in Gmail. I wanted to move few specific emails from inbox to label so I used 'in:inbox "payee" ', it fetched all emails and I wanted to move all to "Payee" label but there is no option to move it.

@WhatsApp whatsapp keep flagging the accounts accidentally here in india. It happened to me 8th. After review, the app works again for either 12 hours or 24 hours. Submitting ticket is just waste of time because @markzuckerberg and his team is just ignoring the complaints.

@IRCTCofficial it was big blunder happened at IRCTC system. My uncle and aunty had reservation from jodhpur to ahmedabad in train 22932. My sis. Booked the train and train supposed to arrive at 11:05pm at jodhpur station but my sis. received a message from irctc saying

Another fault in system charged 240rs even the preference condition didnt met.
I selected the preferences if 1 lower should be there and i selected side lower berth for female and side upper for male.

I did receive the message that condition didnt met and selected "No" option even it generated the PNR and cost me 240Rs for cancelation.

@IRCTCofficial One of biggest lie that IRCTC says that they are in loss. I booked the ticket and paid 317.15Rs but train cancelled. When i called the customer support then they said that it will get full refund but i only received 305.28rs.
