@RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial I had 4 tickets from Bhatni JN to Prayagraj, but due to overcrowding of the Mahakumbh crowd, the train doors were locked from the inside, and we were not allowed to board.

Booked a hotel through Cleartrip, and after confirmation, they now say my booking is not confirmed! Support keeps saying they'll call back but never does. @Cleartrip

No alternate accommodation offered and no compensation despite price hikes. This feels like fraud. Avoid Cleartrip at all costs!
