See anyone's skills, match compatibility and request a swap directly from their profile. 🔄 Swaps are fully wired. List view, detail view, progress tracker, deliverable submission and approval flow all working end to end. 🧠 Matching engine is live. PERFECT MATCH, STRONG MATCH and DISCOVERY scoring all running in real time based on your skills. 🌱 Seed data is in. 12 users from 12 countries ready to demo with. Week 5 update for SkillSwap 🔄✨ This week we went deep on product architecture 🏗️ Sometimes the most important work is not writing code but making sure the foundation is right before you build on it 🧱 Big decisions made this week 👇 🔄 Completely reimagined how skill exchanges actually work. SkillSwap now supports structured swap delivery. Users submit proof of what they taught before a swap can be marked complete. No more "just trust me" exchanges. 💬 Added a full chat system to the architecture. Once a swap is active, both users get a dedicated chat space to coordinate their exchange. Chat stays alive for 30 days after completion then gets cleaned up automatically. 🎨 Redesigned the entire app navigation. The discovery experience is now the heart of the app. TikTok/Reels style swipe cards with Tinder style animations. No boring dashboard. Just your matches, waiting. 🗄️ Updated the database schema to support all of this cleanly. Chat messages, delivery submissions, swap summaries, and completion tracking.
