I was Humbled Yesterday when I received a Phone Call from My Revered Spiritual Mentor of over 20Year Bishop @davidoyedepomin Yesterday. For proper context, Nigeria or America’s president's phone call does not carry weight like a call from a Bishop because that's the person who had influenced my decisions for over 20 years, and I patterned My life intentionally. I dropped a letter for him on his 70th birthday, and he just had time to read it. He was impressed at what Praise did during my business challenge 2012, which I shared in the letter. He prayed and counseled further on what to keep doing to continue enjoying grace and growth.
I moved on with my busy day only to have a few people reach out to me; “ Papa shared your Testimony during the Covenant Hour of Prayer”. Later, the Resident Pastor of Winners Chapel UAE, when I used to live in Dubai, reached out and said that during the pastor's meeting in preparation for Shiloh, Papa read the letter paragraph by paragraph. It was one of the most humbling moments of My life. Humbling Day indeed!
Dear Youth! Face your business. Be focused, and I can assure you that humbling things will soon start happening to you. Many of us are too distracted about who sees or doesn't see us. Just face your calling, and soon, the whole world will take notice, guys.
Thank you so much, PAPA, for being an example for us all and allowing your life to inspire us to grow tall. As you have shown us, there are no limits to our growth and greatness. No limit ooo!
Happy Sunday, Guys! How was service, and what Did you Learn?
Dr Stephen Akintayo.
