A mini tweetorial on pacing. Pacing is NOT JUST TAKING BREAKS. This perspective on pacing can be extremely frustrating for patients as it a constant reminder of how little they can do, false starts, and demoralizing crashes. Pacing has other components as well.

Repression of free speech is no laughing matter. Comedians performing at the Riyadh Comedy Festival, which falls during the seventh anniversary of Jamal Khashoggi’s brutal murder, should use their platform to defend free speech in Saudi Arabia.

The money is coming straight from the Crown Prince, who actively executes journalists, ppl wnonlethal drug offenses, bloggers, etc w/out due process. A lot of the “you can’t say anything anymore!” Comedians are doing the festival 😂 they had to adhere to censorship rules to do it

Apparently Oura ring has partnered with Palantir, led by Peter Thiel. They will have access to all of our health data including cycles. Who wants to bet that they'll use this to detect very early pregnancies & prosecute those who don't have their babies as expected?

I am no longer recommending Oura ring to my patients. It wasn't great before. It's a hazard now.
