Nothing like mowing the front yard only to find out I'm locked out of the house when I took the mower to the back. (Hubby just took youngest to work and oldest won't answer her phone.)
So now I'm in the pool in my underwear and sports bra cooling off.

We are rising! Sourdough Cinnamon rolls and sourdough dinner rolls.
New recipe with butter and honey. We shall see how it all turns out.

These are probably the best sourdough dinner rolls and cinnamon rolls I've ever made. I am very happy with my recipe. They are so fluffy on the inside and the crust is baked just right.

New sourdough recipe using butter and honey. Into the fridge it goes to retard (the ONLY appropriate use of the word) to stop the bulk fermentation until tomorrow morning when I plan on making cinnamon rolls and dinner rolls. π
