In the refiled matter of Jane Doe v. Sean Combs, John Does 1 & 2,
Doe, a 16 yo girl who babysat in a building where "a well-known woman whom the defendant was in a relationship also resided" in August-September 2000, alleges she accepted a short ride home from Combs, was drugged and sexually assaulted.

"So, the problem that I have with your test of an elements test is that sometimes, the problem is we have different elements, right, for the RICO for the sex trafficking versus the Mann Act--but there's evidence, conduct that can underlie the government's case, right, in all these sets of charges.
And the mere fact that you're acquitted doesn't by the plain terms of the guidelines, right, it doesn't take it off the table insofar as that conduct is also convicted conduct.
And so what we're trying to discern here is, where is the line, right, for purposes of sentencing? And so you just can't rely upon a test... because it cannot be that just because all conduct that is underlying the element of acquittal is then taken off a table, right, by itself?"

Last year on the Unresolved - The Diddy Cases podcast, attorneys at Dordick said they represented five clients against Sean 'Diddy' Combs.
To date, only two are known to have been filed: Jonathan Hay (7/7/25) and John YH Roe (6/8/26), both in California Superior Court.
In the matter of Roe v. Combs, Lang et al,
Plaintiff sues in California Superior Court for Childhood Sexual Assault, Sexual Battery, Negligence, IIED, False Imprisonment and more against Sean Combs and talent agents. Roe's counsel is Dordick Law, which also reps Jonathan Hay.

Sean Combs has amended his answers to Hay's First Amended Complaint. Notably, he no longer relies on the "lawful citizen's arrest" defense against claims of false imprisonment. π§
π "The cause of action for false imprisonment fails because Plaintiff consented to any alleged false imprisonment which could have occurred, if at all, only while Defendants were not present.
