- Dig app is being moved from rest api to rpc
- Querying balances and gov props will be fixed after rpc

👉 Great job with Prop #11 on #DigChain! The prop had a whopping 71% voter turnout!
This is the highest turnout we've had on Dig Chain so far and is a great start to the new standard of governance that requires at least 51% quorum for a vote to be considered valid.
