Try doing it when you're 1.Diabetic so can't have carbs like pasta, rice, potatoes & bread to bulk up meals. 2. Have a heart condition so have to eat fat free, very little red meat & only red meat this is high quality when you do.
3. Buying fresh fruit & veg daily is v expensive

En route home from the most wonderful and fulfilling day in the gardens of Buckingham Palace, for @thenotforgotten association garden party. I chatted to the most amazing and inspiring Armed Forces personnel and feel so lucky, and honoured, to be associated with this community.
I would urge anyone to go to this gig! I've seen #Stereophonics over 20 times in Glasgow. Everytime I go I say that gig was their best! Always incredible. Kelly and the lads never let you down. Great live band. I reckon I should have a loyalty card for @stereophonics @OVOHydro
