Looking at the past winners and it appears to me that Cooper Flagg is the first ever to win: National HS Basketball Player of the Year (based on the Naismith and Gatorade Prep POY Awards given out since the mid 80s and Cooper won both of those), NCAA Basketball Player of the Year, And NBA Rookie of the Year! Several won 2 of the 3 and I recognize some great players who might have won the NCAA award skipped college. However a really awesome piece of history for Cooper!
