I think you need to understand English properly before you respond. I received the mail at around 9am for a flight that was scheduled at 11.55am? Do you really think you informed well in advance? I have the mail with me. Do you not understand there is a travel time involved too?

@halaride Have all the proofs that the online transactions were a fraud. The bill was 64dh, but my wallet balance was deducted and also 64dh was charged on my Credit card making the trip 80dh, so a 64dh trip costed me 180dh and also so much harassment

You should be honest and open about any charges, these kind of hidden charges are ridiculous especially when the billing amount is so high. If you don't inform it is expected that installation is free. This is terrible CROMA. Please contact to resolve this ASAP.

@makemytripcare @makemytrip My round trip flight from Banagalore to Kolkata was booked last year during lockdown. However, due to covid lockdown the flights got cancelled. Most of the refund have been processed but there was 293INR that was still to be processed. 1/2
