Another update @rainSouthAfrica the issue hasn't been resolved ever since, mind you I paid fully on the 1st.
Yet I can't do anything that requires internet access

Dear @rainSouthAfrica Why can't your services be consistent for a full month without any interruptions?
31days can't pass with a successful internet connection
And it harms our studies and business 😕
I can't address same thing every month it's tiring

Hi @rainSouthAfrica I have a Loop account with u guys. Why do I have to suffer for internet connection every single day especially from 6pm. I can’t even have a zoom meeting, it keeps dropping, it’s embarrassing. Worse this morning, I had to buy @TelkomZA data to send you this 😳
