The reason the PK wasn’t given is the attackers right foot makes contact with the defenders right calf from behind. which trips the defender. As a result the defender fall onto the attackers.

Auckland FC are by no means secure in the top 2. If they don’t beat Sydney and Adelaide beat MCY, Adelaide will go past them. If Sydney beat AFC by 3 (unlikely, but still) they’d also go past them. AFC could possibly finish 4th. Huge final round coming up.
