Okay so the NCAA admitted the infractions must incur a postseason ban, that other programs are incurring postseason bans for past actions, that the current head coach was involved and intentionally covered it up, but they’re just not going to do anything about it lol

At this point, there is no need to follow any NIL rules or NCAA guidelines. In fact, schools should probably dismantle their massive compliance departments. Just set aside a couple million in a high interest account for a rainy day, and do what you need to do to get a title.
