γŠγ‚Œ (ore) is a personal pronoun, it's one of the ways to refer to your yourself in Japanese. おまえ (omae) is a way to refer to another person. It is VERY uncommon in Japanese to refer to other people in this way, as they will typically use names or nothing in place of "you"
