Hey @Delta , could someone explain to me why the ecredit I was given for a first class upgrade I paid for cannot be used to purchase another upgrade on the flight I changed to. And why, if first class was available on that flight that I wasn’t able to get it when flight change

@AmericanAir⁩ , the disregard with which you treat your customers is astounding. After spending last night at the airport and flying out at 630 AM (thank you ⁦@Delta⁩) instead of trying to actually get some sleep I’ve spent my entire day trying to talk to a person.
