Well I made a little tool with another terrible name that can monitor for changes and lets you know what has been updated.

DLSS Swapper v1.2.3.2 released
Fixes a few important bugs such as:
- DLSS v310.5.2 would dissapear on launch
- The app could launch but not appear
And a few improvments such as:
- Search box now has a clear button
- DLSS updates are checked on launch, not every 3 hours

FYI, if you swap DLSS to v310.5.2 and change preset to "Always use latest", you will get the automatically changing preset.
Watch as changing DLSS mode also changes the preset.
This setting will be renamed to "Recommended by NVIDIA" or "NVIDIA recommended" in the next update

Annnnd its gone. Please wait for v1.2.3.1 to fix a rather important bug.
DLSS Swapper v1.2.3 has landed with support for DLSS 4.5 including presets L and M, and a nice little windowing issue fix.
(those presets don't appear to work globally, just per game)

Quickly fixed DLSS Swapper to be v1.2.3.1, I recommend you update if you got v1.2.3.

If you did get v1.2.3 I recommend you go to your games tab and hit refresh. This will manually check every game and every DLL again (just like you have a fresh install).
The only other issue is that the game history will be incorrect for DLLs detected/swapped during this period
